Myself and my partner had the pleasure of working with Christabel on the sale and purchase of our new property - we honestly do not know what we would’ve done without her.
It certainly hasn’t been an easy journey, but Christabel felt like the glue that held our entire chain together, liaising with other much less communicative parties involved and providing us with excellent professional advice. We have had nothing but pain and suffering dealing with this law firm. No communication, do not return emails, and missed deadline after missed deadline…. We have been trying to settle the estate of our late grandfather and they have done nothing but draw things out longer than a year. We have had additional grief and concern added to our family. Having multiple legal members within our family, we know this process well and there is no other explanation for this year delay other than not caring.

Christabel was simply awesome, efficient, professional, friendly and full of excellent advice and support throughout the purchase. It wasn't the easiest or purchases due to complications with the freehold landlord(s). Christabel made it her priority to help us and ensure the security of our purchase. Your continued professionalism was completed when Tony took over to cover for a 'very special event, wedding'. He worked late and hard and often 'when promised to call me' he did no mater what time of the day, evening. A first rate all round excellent service. Thank you.
