Wow! If you want a solicitor who goes the extra mile, I cannot recommend Watson Ramsbottom highly enough. As a first time buyer, I completed in under two months, which is genuinely unheard of; I am still amazed at how smoothly everything came together because of the team’s speed, organisation and professionalism.
They came recommended to me as a friend experienced a recent instance of Elton the director personally pushing a sale through long after close of business (by getting hold of the other firms conveyancer by Facebook messenger) to ensure a large chain completed as the lower chain hadn’t sent funds until after hours.
It’s great to now see for myself that this ethos resides in the company as a whole.
A very special mention to Lorna Snowden, who was absolutely exceptional throughout. She was consistently kind, patient and reassuring, and her communication was clear and prompt at every stage. Stacey and her team have been an absolute pleasure throughout the process and I can't thank her enough for all of the hard work that has gone into to the Sale of our old home and Purchase of our new home.
