Disgrace used them for a few occasions and on the last few attempts was ignored after a few phone calls about the situation, Never won a case with these.

Wrote and hand delivered a letter, to a senior partner, to highlight the inefficiency of their conveyancer. A full week later, there was no acknowledgement of the letter. Appalling service, avoid like the plague.
