Incredibly rude and incompetant.
Our buyers instructed this pitiful solicitor. We accepted their offer in January. They instructed solicitors in February. It took them over 5 weeks to communicate with our solicitors. They only sent enquiries through to our solicitor less than 3 weeks before completion. They do not respond to phone calls or emails from our estate agents and just quite frankly haven't got a clue what a deadline actually means. If you want a stress free experience when buying or purchasing I would suggest you avoid them completely.

A great and fast service from John for a good price! We would happily use him again.

nigel Rostance . I have had dealings with quite a few solicitors over the years and without a shadow of doubt he is the most utterly useless one that I have ever met . He had the cheek to tell me off for hassling his secretary because he hadnt got in touch repeatedly and what he did do was wrong. DO NOT TOUCH HIM WITH A BARGEPOLE .

Very good with traditional customer service. I would much prefer to have an appointment at this solicitors office rather than walking in and looking at someone with sharp glossy nails behind a shiny desk with a shiny phone who addresses us as Hiya! rather than good morning Mr and Mrs.
Let’s not forget who we are please.
