Do not sell to anyone using these solicitors. Ask who you buyer is using. I will never sell to anyone using these solicitors again. It’s been four months and it is going to take longer. I’ve never experienced so much stress. They go at their own pace and do not plan ahead. They have held everything up and come up with new things each time. They never give estimates of how long things take. My solicitors have been excellent and quick. It’s a shame people like this are allowed to have so much power considering they’re so incompetent

I have been using this company for 25 yeas and they have always delivered as promised and handled everything in the most proffesional way. I have given them some challenging tasks and difficult situations to deal with and I have never been disappointed.

Had my initial appointment today after booking with the solicitors secretary last week. I was greeted by my appointed solicitor who told me off for being late (I wasn't, I am not in the habit of being late for appointments) I pointed out politely that the appointment had been booked at the time I had arrived, he then told me again that it hadn't and I was late. To which he then added "well, we can fall out about it or get on with it" I have never ever been spoken to like this by a service provider, especially a service provider who is supposed to give help to those in a vulnerable position, not reprimand them as soon as they walk through the door in such a manner that is distressing. Needless to say, I didn't carry on with my appointment as this solicitor made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I left quickly.
