My family have used WBW Solicitors in the past so I knew they were the right choice when I came to renew my Will a few weeks ago and for advice after my mother passed away around the same time. Lisa is excellent. She guided me through the process, explained everything in detail and put me at ease at a time of great stress following our bereavement. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and with compassion. I have also spoken with Lauryn and the lady on the Reception ( sorry I didn't get her name) both were very helpful and friendly, great customer service. I highly recommend WBW. Thanks to all.

Ben was fantastic dealing with a particularly testing property sale on my behalf. Despite significant frustration on my behalf with factors outside of Bens control he remained calm and professional and kept me updated through every step. 10/10 service from start to finish. My conveyancer, Ben Thomas, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and, most importantly, effective in getting my property purchase across the line in a smooth and speedy fashion. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always on the end of phone or responding to my emails the same day! Ben went above and beyond for which I am eternally grateful. It certainly helped to alleviate the stress involved in the most complex purchase I’ll ever make in my life. Ben Thomas at WBW has been amazing during my conveyancing on my house purchase. Having bought 4 houses now, his firm and Ben himself has been exemplary , proper professional service. Always answered emails on the day if not in half an hour, always able to speak to him on the phone and if not at his desk he would call me back. This is the best service I have ever had, not the usual experience of never being able to contact a firm and taking days for answers. I can not recommend Ben at WBW highly enough , and he should be considered a real asset by this firm. This is how service should be, if you are buying a house in the Torbay , Devon area this is the man to speak to a legend!
