Very helpful during our current sale and purchase of property.

Unfortunately, our experience with this solicitor during a probate case was not as smooth as we had hoped.
One of our main concerns was that the final cost ended up being much higher than what was initially discussed. While we understand that legal matters can sometimes become more complex, we would have appreciated clearer communication and transparency around the changes in fees.
Throughout the process, we often found ourselves having to follow up for updates, which added extra stress during an already difficult time. There were delays that didn't always seem necessary, and it sometimes felt like things could have been handled with more efficiency and care.
While there may have been good intentions, overall we felt let down by the service provided. We would encourage others to really think before naming a solicitor as an executive on a will and to ask detailed questions about costs and timelines up front to avoid similar issues.
