This branch of Blanchard Bailey were completely incompetent and led to the loss of the potential purchases of a property I was trying to sell. Two of them were 7 months into the selling process. I was so depressed by the process and the incompetence, I came close to ending my life. After failing to sell my property, I was handed a bill for £1700 for a failed sale. Great service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was recently purchasing a new home and was so pleased to be able to find Sarah Trickey at Blanchards Bailey. Sarah had previously acted as conveyancer for me but had moved from the previous company. Her no nonsense attitude, sense of humour and professional manner made my house move so much easier and the price was right too! Thank you Sarah and Blanchards Bailey for making one of life’s most stressful experiences (almost) a doddle 😊

I rang up to arrange an appointment to witness filing in a specific form. Was told no problems. Went to the appointment only to be told that they do not offer this service. Not sure why this wasn't made clear on the phone call before the appointment, waste of time. I had to take time off work.
