Please do not use this solicitor. I have been disappointed with the invoice I received for nearly £8k against my mother's estate of £93k. I do not understand how so much has been added in the last two years, when I was told very little work had been carried out over that time.
Your choice if you do use them, but I will never have anything to do with them again.
I used Eric Robinson in Lymington recently and they were fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Ben and his Colleagues took me from issuing a section 21 to the Court process and successfully having the tenants leave. They handled everything , keeping me totally informed and giving me everything needed to de stress the whole process. From start to finish only took 16 weeks ( of which most of this was waiting on the Court ). Excellent work from a very knowledgeable and approachable /professional Group of people. I would totally recommend them and they are value for money as well.

My experience working with Blanchards was excellent. I was going through a challenging time at work and needed some employment advice and support with writing a letter. The turnaround for this needed to be quite quick and that's the service I had. I initially made the call and spoke to Claire who was really lovely and personable, and acted on it straight away. She called me back when she said she would and emailed me regularly to keep me informed. The Employment Law Solicitor, Sophia spoke to me within a day and really gave her time to me and listened. She was honest, open and gave excellent advice. There after the service continue all the way through to the end. It was extremely efficient, and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much I couldn't have done it without you.

Whilst I appreciate there are many good reviews for this company, I on the other hand feel differently. I had been in contact with Peter Best who confirmed the price to deal with a bridging loan, all was agreed and gave the details to the lender. Then I receive an email from someone called Luke (who I had no contact previously) who said the price quoted is wrong and it would be 50-70% more. Really a terrible way to do business. Couldn't recommend based on my experience.

Can't recommend BB enough. They are pleasant to work with, efficient and very helpful if i ever need to ask questions. I have recommended them to multiple members of the family and they have all had the same experience. Special mention to Tessa and congrats on your retirement.
