My experience with Taylor Walton was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Communication was slow and often unclear, and I regularly had to chase for updates or repeat the same questions because replies didn’t address the points raised. Important details were missed or overlooked, and I didn’t feel supported with clear legal advice at any stage of the purchase. Overall, the process became far more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been. Based on my experience, I would not use this firm again.

Dawn and Sharon were truly exceptional throughout my entire flat purchase journey. Despite facing countless unforeseen challenges from the seller's solicitors, they remained steadfast and professional, skillfully resolving each issue as it arose. They kept me informed at every stage, providing clarity and reassurance during what could have been an incredibly stressful time. Without their dedication and persistence, I genuinely believe the sale might not have gone through. I’m deeply grateful for all their hard work and cannot recommend Taylor Walton highly enough to anyone looking to buy a property.
