Rayden have been very successful in helping me challenge the pension provider who purchased my company's pension scheme.
The new pension policy omitted a significant benefit. Having pursued this myself for over a year I went to Rayden. After a further 11 months, Rayden, involved the Financial Ombudsman Service on my behalf, and dealt with them. The FOS found in my favour and awarded all my solicitors cost and some compensation, which was to be paid by the new pension provider.
