As an Executor of my late mother's estate I appointed Cheyney Goulding to advise me on the Inheritance Tax and Probate requirements. Family relationships were strained and the situation required careful handling. Cheyney Goulding handled several matters relating to a property we owned, including helping with eviction of a difficult tenant, and then acting on our behalf through a sale that was initiated and completed whilst we were overseas.
