I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Greenwoods Solicitors regarding the handling of a friend's will. My parents initially agreed to act as executors but ultimately renounced their role due to the mishandling of the case by an incompetent administrative assistant.

From the very beginning, the situation spiraled out of control. Important forms were lost despite Greenwoods receiving both soft and hard copies. Even with multiple solicitors getting involved, the issues only compounded. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a chaotic mess.

It is staggering to witness such a lack of professionalism and organization in a legal firm, especially when they are being paid for their services. I would not recommend Greenwoods Solicitors based on this experience and I would avoid the following staff members;

* Matthew Biles
* Claire Harris
* Aimee Pearson

Words fail me on how such a great solicitors has become so appalling. Mr Arnold and Mr Muldoon were gentleman and cared, the 12 year olds, that you are never able to speak, are just unbelievably rude and uncaring.

Excellent service from a professional solicitors, staff are very helpful and kept you upto date with everything.

Convenient but tenants only!!
