Highly recommend Zen Malik
had a false allegation made against me. As someone with no criminal record who had never been in this situation before, it was the most traumatic experience I've ever been through. Luckily I had Zen Malik representing me. I found him to be very knowledgeable, informative, and approachable. Honestly, I had no sense of direction without him.
Thanks to his efforts, and with my honesty throughout, the outcome was NFA. Thank you, Zen. I hope I'm never in this situation again, but if that day ever comes, I will definitely want you representing me.

My daughter had a voluntary interview arranged at the police station and I contacted Gurjit Bdesha at BD Solicitors to arrange representation for her. Gurjit arranged for Zen to attend at the police station, he was professional, understanding and kind. He spoke to my daughter about the allegation and provided her with advice as to how best to proceed in interview. The police spoke about dealing with the matter by way of an out of Court disposal but Zen wasn’t happy with this; on the basis of the evidence being weak and made representations to this effect. As a result, the police decided to take no further action against my daughter. Obviously we were more than happy with the result and can’t thank Zen enough for his help and professionalism. I would 100% recommend Zen, Gurjit and the team at BDS to anyone.

Zen was brilliant. He was professional, friendly, absolutely great. Suited and booted looked the part. His advice was great, and it was the exact best result I could've asked for. No further action!
