After a consultation with Newgate Solicitors, I waited 10 days for them to proceed with my application. After all that waiting, my appointment was cancelled just 3 hours before I was due to attend. This application was extremely important to me, but it was cancelled without any sense of responsibility or consideration.

Shoaib Shafiq is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.
