LANDLORD ACTION LTD

Initially the service was good and a solicitor contacted me promptly to review my case and offer advice. However, when my tenant made a small payment to bring her out of arrears, the solicitor agreed to refund £1,138 as they had only reviewed my case and did not proceed to court. I was delighted with this but have not yet received my refund 7 weeks later and they are now failing to respond to any of my emails. I have contacted them by phone several times and they say I just need to speak to admin via email. I am disgusted that they could do this despite me sending at least 6 emails now which have been ignored. I will be raising an official complaint via the ombudsman today.
