I had an excellent experience with Nicola Radford and her team during both my house sale and purchase, which was quite complex. Communication was outstanding — responses were almost immediate, ( at one point I even received an email at 7.40 am ) this made the whole process far less stressful. Nicola was always helpful, knowledgeable, and clear with her advice, and I felt fully supported from start to finish.
