I found out about Bukhari chambers through family who saw them on social media. I had an initial consultation with Mr Bukhari and he clarified it to us that we were eligible to apply for a spouse visa. After a long and difficult journey, my mother's Adult Dependent Relative (ADR) application has finally been granted.

The process was far from straightforward. My mother had previously been in the UK and had to return to Pakistan. We then applied for an ADR visa, which was unfortunately refused. We appealed the decision, and the representation provided by Mr. Bukhari was outstanding. Despite a perfectly prepared appeal bundle and excellent advocacy, the judge refused the appeal.

Following Mr. Bukhari's advice, we decided to submit a fresh ADR application rather than continue with further litigation. Thankfully, that application has now been approved, and all the hard work has finally paid off.

I did not believe this application would succeed. I had given Mr. Bukhari the wrong expiration date — the one on my online eVisa — and later discovered that the date on my Biometric Residence Permit was different. Realising that I had only two days left to submit my ILR application, I contacted the application team in a panic.Mr. Shehryar Baloch answered my call, organised all the disjointed information, and managed to get the application submitted before the deadline. I am happy to say that the application was successful and my ILR has now been granted.Thank you, everyone.
