Absolutely awful firm to deal with specifically kelly To, im a litigant in person in child arrangements, she has not followed the proceedural rules 2010, she has not followed the code of conduct set out by solicitor regulation authority, barrister kissing his teeth at me because i stood up for myself, another barrister suggesting he could cut contact with my child as the mum told me he suggested it to her probably to line their pockets with more hearings, the most recent barrister wrote an order that doesnt reflect what was agreed in the hearing or ordered by the judge on the day causing me to have no contact with my child going against a child arrangements order and reccomendations from social services, forced me to buy the transcript to correct the illegal sly move they made, good job i have a good understanding of the law and going to ask for an order against them for costs and potentially take them to court to sue for damages. Messed with the wrong litigant in person which i think they have recognised.

Have written a review before but they get deleted, much like every other review it seems (it’s suspicious why there are no reviews for this company on google, and I would guess it’s because they hide the negative ones, creative a false positive impression of their business to bring in clientele under a false guise). Sternberg Reed and Elvira Orhan are happy to receive the Legal Aid payments, but don’t do the work required of them in a timely manner. This has resulted in a 1.5 month delay in contact centre proceedings, causing a mother to lose out on contact time with her child. I’m sure my this review will be deleted soon, as clearly I am not allowed to exercise my human right of Freedom of Opinion and Expression, as protected under the UDHR and Article 10 of the Human Rights Act 1998 in UK and European Law.
