I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by sternberg team. Me and my husband purchased a property and none of the emails were copied to me and it’s a shame on them. Also they were very slow in communicating as we have to literally push for things to happen after each and every process. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Better not to choose them even if ur estate agents asks you do so.

Communication was consistently poor — emails and phone calls often went unanswered for days or even weeks. They will leave your case with interns for an overall communication and I found myself having to chase updates repeatedly, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

There was a clear lack of urgency and professionalism throughout the process. Deadlines were missed, and I was left feeling like my case was not a priority at all. I also expected clearer guidance and more proactive support, but instead received vague responses.

Overall, I would not recommend this firm. If you are looking for reliable, responsive, and client-focused legal services, I suggest looking elsewhere.
