If I could give no stars,I would.Having dealt with Grays branch ,I am forced to write about the atrocious service I received dealing with a financial settlement as part of a divorce.My having to double check everything even though I was going through an emotional period of my life . The solicitor had no clue what she was doing and made errors that could have led to my ex husband getting my share of the property had I not spotted the solicitors mistakes!It was an
Unbeliable situation.
Even now months after the divorce I am having to chase Palmers via emails to Mrs Livingstone as she has completed a document with errors tet again causing me more work. I am trying to complete a pension sharing order,which she originally stated Palmers could do after my divorce came through and put me in touch with a person who then said they had no experience and didn't know what to do !
Leading me to find an adviser who is complaining of errors made by Palmers on the sharing document.
This past week I have emailed Palmers regard help with this and had no reply.
I would recommend anyone thinking of approaching them to find a competant company with experienced solicitors and not bother to put your trust in Palmers.
My whole time dealing with them has been frustrating.You will pay alot but get very little professional advice.I still have not resolved my issue and the divorce process started well over a year ago.
Palmers made a very difficult time of my life so much worse.
