Terrible Law Firm, been dealing with our simple case for months and months. No communication, never contacts us unless prompted and complained against. Case handlers leave without informing you, cases don't get handed over. Avoid this firm for probate and will execution, at all costs. (which I am sure will be sizable once they send us the bill, for their terrible service)

AWFUL EXPERIENCE trying to sell my flat. If I could have given zero I would have.

I instructed Palmer's solicitors in the first week in March, my property sale completed in mid September. While this in some cases is not abnormal, my buyer had no chain and in the May my purchase had failed through and therefore I had no chain as the sale was still to go ahead. So this timeline felt obscenely long.

They made errors on documents where the information had been sent to them weeks of not months prior. Trying to get a response via phone or e mail is impossible (they seem to constantly be on annual leave with no one covering) and when you do get through via the phone they don't have a clue what's happening and always say 'i will chase that up' for literally weeks on the same topic. I actually ended up calling my buyer and his solicitors to see what the hold up was on something Palmer's stated they had sent, they had in fact not received this document.

This was an unnecessarily painful experience for what should have been a simple sale yet they seem to take on so many clients they can't handle them.

If you're happy for your sale or purchase to go at a glacial pace then you've found your people because lord knows they don't do anything fast, or even a normal speed, in my experience.

Avoid this and go with literally any other firm, literally ANYONE would be better than these so called professionals.
