Wanting to use a local solicitor so I can see them face to face as I find that so much easier. These advertise as being Liskeard based but if I want to see someone then I would have to do a 120 mile round trip!

Teresa and her team were my conveyancers to sell my house and buy my new house, it was a very long process as it was partly through COVID and I took out a lifetime morgage. dispite some quiet spells of not knowing what was happening and not getting some communication that was expected at times when I'd heard nothing for a while. I understood it was a difficult time but overall I was very pleased with the service
very lovely to deal with if u needed to speak to them over the phone instead of email as I sometimes did as I was very stressed they were always helpful and reassuring to me. Teresa was a great solicitor and I want to say thanku To her and the rest of the team. I would definitely use again.

Loads of money, loads of time and got absolutely nowhere. Make sure and take a well known malted drink to help them sleep at night if you go to them.

Please do not waste your money or time on this company. So quick to take your money rather than deal with the service and support you are paying them for. They take no interest if you complain and never own up to the countless errors they make.
