I initially went into the Truro office where I was taken into a private room, they made notes of my case and put me in touch with the appropriate solicitor. This first point of customer service was very different and more professional than any introduction I had with other law firms. I went for a consultation with Ben in Penzance, he was honest and gave clear guidance and options moving forward. It was refreshing not to feel forced into taking the legal route as a primary action for the benefit of the case. I left feeling confident that if I exhaust the other options that I have strong legal representation to turn to. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Many thanks to Daryl Pentecost for the excellent conveyancing work he did for us recently. We sold a property at auction which required a Legal Pack with complications and also purchased a new home. Terrible... Arrived 20 minutes early for a scheduled 2pm meeting. After 50 minutes of waiting, there was still no sign of the solicitor becoming available, or justification given for the delay. The whole experience was very unprofessional. Lots of gossiping going on in the waiting area by the staff which inspired no confidence in the business as a whole or their ability to handle our business. We walked out...

Used Coodes for what should have been a simple conveyancing transaction for the sale of a property. Unfortunately, they must be added to my 'do not use again' list. The initial service from the trainee - sorry, paralegal in 'solicitor speak'- was great. The service from the actual solicitor was pretty poor in my opinion.
Is there a reliable and efficient conveyancing service anywhere??
