Highly recommended!
I used Langley Wellington for a clean break order following a divorce, and received excellent service. Paul and Briony did a brilliant job and were very informative throughout the process and very thorough, reassuring me that even though years had passed since the divorce, the matter could be tied up fairly easily, and it was.

We just used Langley Wellington in Gloucester to do the residential conveyancing of our property in Bath.
This was a rental property and once the tenants had moved out we were very keen that it would not be empty for a long period. A serious buyer was quickly found and we wanted Andy Moston and his team to work with us to complete the sale as quickly as reasonably possible. Once the sale got started in earnest we worked with Jo Knight on a day to day basis. Jo did a great job of working with us and the buyers solicitor to quickly turn around any questions or issues raised in order to keep up the pace and stay on track. We received an acceptable offer on the 15th October 2025 and we completed on 15th January 2026, which we think was very impressive (especially allowing for the Xmas and New Year Holiday period and a few legal challenges regarding an Absentee Landlord and Rights of Way). Thank you Andy and Jo, we would definitely recommend this team at Langley Wellington based on our experience.
