I would not hesitate to recommend Langley Wellington. We used Claire Spencer and her team for the purchase of a property and then also the sale of a property too. They were excellent in both cases. They were extremely responsive, efficient, organised and friendly, despite the very busy time (stamp duty holiday etc). They always gave us good advice and kept us informed of progress. We could pick up the phone, drop them an email or drop papers into their office and always knew our queries would be dealt with swiftly and professionally.
