We had a really positive experience with using talbots during what turned out to be quite a challenging house buying process on the sellers behalf.
We eventually exchanged and completed on the same day which Ellen made possible! The response from Ellen in particular was excellent, everything was handled quickly, efficiently and with a clear sense of urgency which the sellers solicitors lacked.
It made what could have been a stressful final hurdle feel straightforward and well managed from our side which really stood out in contrast to the level of service provided by the sellers solicitors. Highly recommend their services.

Talbot's have been our late parents solicitors for many many years, after we needed Probate Gillian Guest was excellent, quick, efficient and great communication, we got Probate very quickly.
When I came to using a solicitor for the sale of our parents house, Talbot's were our families choice.
Kayleigh Grice the paralegal was spectacular, answering my emails and questions within 15 minutes, fantastic communication, polite, helpful and extremely efficient.
