Really pleased with FJG. Special thanks to Jade, Aaron and Leah. As a firm, I found them very well organised and professional. Jade understood what I needed from the outset and put me in touch with solicitor Aaron Pottle. Aaron gave me practical and pragmatic advice. He was helpful throughout. I liked that he got to the point, and didn’t need me to explain things repeatedly - he understood straightaway. Whenever I called, enquiries were followed up straight away and I was always called back as promised.

I would like to Thank Andrea Godfrey & Emily Hurrell for all the help I received in making my Will, as this was something I had not done before I had no idea what to expect, they helped me through the whole process without a single problem, I was kept informed as to what was happening at every stage & it was all completed very quickly.
They are both very professional, courteous, polite & helpful.

I had previously (in 2012) used this firm for conveyancing and was happy with the service. I recently called into the Clacton office for legal advice after I had personally redrafted my Will. I was delighted to be told that it was 'Free Wills Month' and that i could have the entire Will professionally checked, redrafted and produced free of charge. The service I received was exemplary and I would be very happy to use this firm again should I need further legal services.

Avoid like the plague. I'm about to loose out on a property because of these people. They have taken so long the mortgage offer expired and my broker had to go back to the lender! There are much better in the area shop around I only used these lot because they are on my lender's panel. I stupidly thought if I chose a solicitor on the panel things would go smoothly... Big mistake. Partners were emailed and do not respond. The solicitor who has a duty of care to act in my interests doesn't care and does literally nothing. They are only getting 1* because I can't submit the review otherwise. I wouldn't let them deal with a parking ticket let alone another property.
