I approached Fiona Hughes to deal with my case following a complete and utter mess made by another firm . From the off, I was amazed how quickly she became familiar with the case ( even without the files) understood my personal situation and gave very sensible and careful consideration to the issues . Was very impressed with the concise mode of her communications with third parties and indeed me . She inspired immediate confidence of her ability to sort out a terrible mess and resolve a knotty problem . Her assistant Charlotte was also excellent . Very reassuring and she too inspired confidence when I was in tears at my wits end by telling me Fiona would sort out the problem and would know what to do . Have never used this firm before but now wouldn’t go anywhere else . A lovely little local firm who serve the community with expertise , professionalism, knowledge, empathy and immense sensitivity .
