Used in divorce matters all they want is your money like all solicitors they prey on conflict my bills were absolutely horrendous over 20k I sacked them in the end completely over complicated matters missed vital things and billed me handsomely for the privilege.
My advice get chat gpt and do the process yourself if in divorce or child proceedings all solicitors want is your money you do not need to give it to them I feel completely ripped off over 20 k to send pointless emails on my behalf
You do not need to be represented get chat gpt it will walk and talk you through the process better than any solicitor and even construct emails with relevant law etc
The amount of mistakes I found in documents and emails from switalskis was scandalous
And unless your a complete thicko represent yourself in court just put in a bit of preparation
Domt use they will rip you off and charge you ridiculous amounts for emails that are unrequited and repetitive

Dealt with Allan Layfield who was excellent to work with on a family matter case. He was upmost professional and always kept us up to date throughout the entire time he worked on the case.
