Very good as a halls for the university of Derby but the common room isn't very accessible too many people keep having private functions and can't get to use it

Had an initial phone call with Aimee today and she was very empathetic and helpful. She went beyond the level of assistance I expected in a first phone call. Would recommend based on this.

Just moved into our home and couldn't fault Hallmark Hulme for the service we received. As FT buyers the process was completely new to us and we had so many questions and queries throughout but Kirsty was a brilliant person to have by our side throughout it all. She helped us feel at ease throughout the process, explained everything so clearly to us and was efficient and responsive as well as kind and a genuinely lovely person. Very very good and can only HIGHLY recommend them. The team have managed a number of different transactions over the last few years and are experts.
