Awful company to do deal with. Communication is shocking. Most of my emails were ignored. Response times from them getting work done was beyond a joke even for the simple tasks. Invoice charges were very high for the work taken out. Would definitely not recommend them.

Patrick Boyd seems like a nice gentleman. But doesn't do as he says he gonna do.said he was gonna do a darft for my will and send me a copy to my emai address. He didn't do so.i rang his secretary she said he will get him to ring me.but I am still waiting.this has been going on for a month now.

Patrick Boyd gave me absolutely spot on advice about my forthcoming small claims county Court case. He got the facts of the case immediately and was exceedingly helpful in his advice to me about how to approach the case. Everything he said about what the case would be based on was exactly what the judge ruled, and he certainly helped me prepare in the best manner possible, most importantly making me feel very confident as I went into the courtroom. I would whole heartfelt
recommend him.

Absolutely disgusting, where do I start? Example today, in an email , booked appointment , at 2:30 arrived at 2:15 where is my brother has come from Germany to purposely sign the document because it was quicker receptionist rang through to ask for corin Isabel well have I got an appointment yes we have 230 my brother then showed them to Vj email receptionist read out the email to corin and Isabel then there was a decision which one should come down. Isabel came down and just handed an envelope to my brother Steve. I just looked at him and when I said oh we’re here to size of papers I’ve got the papers I tried to sign them on a book. My brother stood up and said is there somewhere we can find these no response so we stood up at the reception and signed about 20 signatures then said please can you check that we’ve done everything. Yes no problem thank you very much disappeared and then drive one hour to Walsgrave hospital where my partner has broken his neck he’s been there for three weeks 4:57 phone rings Saunders Roberts can you come back and sign that something you haven’t signed or was it Mark now? Wow, why would I signed it? Oh my brother is going back to Germany. In the morning no ha ha ha ha ha ha maybe Alister can do it by email. What a diabolical service so archaic it’s untrue. I’ve never experienced such despicable service in my life from a professional, little do they know that my father-in-law was Sir Edmund Liggins, chairman of the law society, so watch this space

I didn't need much, but I found them responsive, polite and professional. Couldn't have asked for better.
