From start to finish from 1st making a phone call very efficient. Dealt with our issue promptly definitely recommend as been passed on hold by other solicitors. Their loss because we'll be using these guys again.

I dealt with Paul in 2007 and 2014 prior to his retirement and subsequently Bob for a recent house sale and purchase. These recent transactions were somewhat drawn out and complicated by dubious characters we met along the way. Bob remained calm and clear regarding my position and his advice. He was patient and prompt in his actions. I found his pricing fair. I'd certainly recommend him and would use him again, although I really hope to not move house for a long time!

We have used John Howe & Co for both our own house move plus the sale of my late Mother's flat. The latter has been rather a trial for various reasons but Bob Howe has been brilliant. Very responsive to emails and calls and very patient with a variety of issues that cropped up. The fees were also very reasonable. We would definitely recommend this company, cannot find fault at all.

I bought my first home with the help of Jenna at John Howe & Co and I couldn’t of been luckier to have such a professional and supportive solicitor ! She was very patient , quick to respond and quick to move things along to the next stage of the sale for me . She kept me in the loop throughout the sale right up to completion and would email/ phone me with updates (not just wait for me to contact her to move along to the next step) .
Over all I have had a very positive experience with everyone who helped me at John Howe & co including Bob and John who were also friendly and a great help.
