I am acting as an executor on an estate where assests are bequeathed to charity.
S and S are the acting solicitors for the beneficial charity.
We, the executors. have attempted to contact , many times, in many ways.The purpose being to ensure the estate is executed properly and to seek clarity. After 6 weeks we still have no point of contact. They have failed to return to any of our communications.
I would not recommend this firm.
