AVOID. I am giving a two star review purely because Fiona Greenhalgh eventually managed to sell my flat and help me buy our house. However, it felt very much like Fiona was doing me a favour rather than providing a professional service and she lost her temper with me on one occasion when I asked her a perfectly reasonable question about completion dates and then weeks after completion she contacted me to ask for £417 back as she had miscalculated the completion totals significantly. I would strongly encourage anyone seeking conveyancing services to go elsewhere. Rather than lowering our stress Fiona increased it.

My wife and I needed to update our Wills following our daughters marriage. It was easy to make a convenient appointment with Amanda Tucker, who we found both professional and easy to deal with. She discussed all the issues with us and recommended other amendments, upon which we were happy to take her advice. It was also agreed that it would make sense to prepare a new Will in an up to date format, rather than just make amendments to the old Wills. The whole matter was very simple and was completed in just a few days. Adjusting for inflation when we last made amendments to our Wills, the costs were in line with our expectations.
