We've been trying to liase with ODT Solicitors since November 2025. Unfortunately after the best part of 15 emails and 10+ phone calls, we've not had any response. Appalling service from an organisation that should be holding themselves to a higher standard. Our complaint also wasn't acknowledged within the 5 working days their complaints procedure states they commit to. Avoid at all costs.
