If I could choose 0 stars than I would as I generally do not believe this company even deserve one star. I am extremely disappointed with the service our family received during the handling of my late grandad’s will. At an already difficult and emotional time, we were met with a complete lack of empathy, poor communication, and an unwillingness to address our concerns.

Extremely disappointing experience dealing with my late grandad’s will. Communication was poor from start to finish and we were constantly given conflicting information about what bank statements would or wouldn’t be accepted, only for decisions to keep changing and eventually accept the ones they originally refused. Emails were ignored, questions took multiple attempts to get answered, and clear information was never provided. We were even told we had to travel to the office for ID checks, only to later be told we could have completed them online all along. The whole process was stressful, disorganised, and added unnecessary pressure during an already difficult time. I would not recommend and would score 0 if I could!

I don’t usually write reviews, but on this occasion I felt I had to.
I’ve been using Mason and Beer for over 30 to 40 years, and they have always been outstanding. Most recently they helped both my son and his patner and once again everything was handled with care, professionalism and real attention to detail.
What really stands out is the team. Hilary, Lauren and Sharon all worked together seamlessly, keeping everything on track and making sure we were supported at every step. Their communication was clear, reassuring and consistent throughout, which made a stressful process feel much easier.
It is not easy to find people you can trust completely, but with them you always feel you are in safe hands. The way they work together, the care they show and the standard they deliver is something quite special.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Mason and Beer have been amazing for us we first had Hilary and her team 3 years ago for a purchase and we have just used them again for sale and purchase. Highly recommend them they had excellent communication and got everything done in the expected time frame. Lauren was great we got quick responses whenever we had questions and she gave us regular updates which we really appreciated.
A very positive experience with them and we wouldn't use any one else in the future.
