We have used Rees Page Solicitors 4 times in the last 10 years for buying and selling our homes collectively as a couple. Since that time, we have been in the capable care of Jim Murphy and Gillian Davies and Carol Peake. Communications have been excellent. When we needed to get in touch, there was always a call back. Professional advice was paramount so we felt in safe hands with such big life decisions. We can't recommend Rees Page Solicitors enough hence the 5 stars

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard Ennis & Rees Page. Richard's communication (frequency, quality, transparency & ease) was first class throughout the duration of my case and he proactively followed up with updates and deadlines. The information pertinent to the case was presented in an easily comprehensible format (written & verbal), and I felt welcome to contact Richard and Alison regarding any questions and queries.

I would avoid this establishment at all costs, I don’t even know how they are operating given their reviews especially on trust pilot. I’d be surprised if they actually have a satisfied client given their feedback.
I had the worst experience with Richard Ennis due to his rude condescending demeanour and wasted my time and money.

Absolutely shocking service from this firm, particularly from the solicitor handling our case, Jim Murphy. Emails and calls were ignored for weeks, deadlines were missed without explanation, and we were repeatedly misled about the cause of delays. We were told the freeholder was holding things up, only to later confirm in writing that they had responded on time and the firm failed to act or even record it.
The complaints process was nothing more than lip service. No accountability, no urgency, and no meaningful response. The delays caused us real financial loss, including our mortgage reverting to a higher rate. We lost all trust and had no choice but to sack them and start again with new solicitors. One of the worst professional experiences we’ve had. Avoid.
