We have dealt with them (Adrian) for a good many years, yes they can be slow, yes it can take time to sort things out, but! He is thorough, he finds things other over look, and sort it all out. We think it is a good service, a very good service.

I was on the other side of a sale of my property and gillespies were my buyers solicitors. They were awful, unprofessional and would not answer calls to my solicitor to exchange contracts and complete on the agreed date. This caused it all to be delayed for a day due to their delays and their solicitors appearing to only work when they want to. 11am seemed to be the start time!!! My buyers said that they were very slow. An old fashioned and unprofessional firm with no customer service at all. Oh and no essence of time management.

I recently sold my house and these represented my buyers. They were very poor at responding to my solicitors and the estate agents and were incredibly rude and obstructive over the phone. They held the sale up by a good few weeks. If you want a smooth house move, best avoid these.
