I would not recommend this solicitor or firm to anyone.

For the past two years, communication has been extremely poor. It has been almost impossible to get in touch with my solicitor or anyone else at the firm to discuss my case. With my trial due to take place next month, I am still struggling to get updates or have my concerns addressed.

The lack of communication, professionalism, and support throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating and has caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal representation. I will certainly not be using this firm again.

This firm’s handling of a serious criminal matter was appalling. A client in custody was repeatedly ignored, with multiple scheduled video consultations missed without notice and no meaningful effort to prepare for an imminent trial.

Communication was dismissive throughout. Correspondence from Mr H Gill in particular came across as arrogant, obstructive, and wholly indifferent to the urgency of a custody case. Requests were brushed off, responsibility avoided, and basic professional courtesy was lacking.

Trust and confidence completely collapsed. Authority was withdrawn and new solicitors had to be instructed urgently just to obtain proper representation.

To compound this, the firm does not even maintain a proper public website, offering no transparency or accountability.

For anyone facing a serious charge or relying on Legal Aid, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

This place was recommended to me as my previous solicitor I'd used under duty circumstances at the police station wasn't my cup of tea leaving me hanging for weeks to reply to emails etc and not remembering vital details. I spoke with Mr Gill who initially seemed OK he requested I get previous company to dis associate themselves on common platform so that he could gain access wich I did, they confirmed removed themselves on 19/12/24 this was after I was forced into visiting the office of singhs on the 2/1/25 in a final attempt to communicate the day before my plea hearing! Due to numerous ignorance via txt message,voicemail,calls & whattsapp contact since around 20/12/24. Shocking to say the least. Absolutely appalling service provided. I initially called the office speaking with receptionist tory who is lovely girl she tried her best for me on 3 occasions to get Mr Gill to call me prior to me making contact with him on the so called 24/7 emergency mobile number at aforementioned date. So to summarise yesterday 3/1/25 I went to court unrepresented "a thing that Mr Gill quoted to me was important and to get me acquitted" and had to settle for the duty solicitor on the day as even the court clerks couldn't get him to respond to phonecalls.
