Contacted them to see if they could help with query - Caroline promptly replied and explained they couldn’t and reason why (all made sense) and she then proceeded to offer to help us find a firm who could. Not a firm attached to their business but a completely different company! I can’t think of another firm/business in any sector who would take the time to do that. So, never used them as a client but based on how positively they treat non-clients I’d definitely recommend them
