We have used Waters and Co for many years now — from buying our first home in 2003, to wills and house deeds, and very sadly settling my Mom’s estate after her passing in 2020. Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner.
We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty!
We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard.

Fantastic service. Waters were extremely helpful the whole way through the process. Great communication. Nothing was too much for them. If every estate agent/solicitors were like this, moving would be swift and easy.

I have known Mrs Waters for many years. Sadly it is dealing after bereavements. Mrs Waters is sympathetic, kind but also very professional and efficient which helped me cope at such a distressing time. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

My wife had decided to sell her house with waters & co and they recomended Stewart to clear the house. A painting that was supposed to stay went missing.
when stewart was asked if he had put it on the van by mistake, he became very defensive. My son looked in the van, which annoyed stewart, and after opening the side door, Stewart became very agitated, and was screaming abuse and swearing at my son,
when he was asked to calm down he only got worse. After all the abuse my son told him to go forth and multiply.
This enraged stewart even more, who promptly proceeded to unload the van back into the house.
My wife, in tears, pleaded with him to stop, she was beside herself crying and begging him to stop, but he showed no empathy whatsoever.
Upon seeing how distressed my wife was, my son appologised profusely and offered Stuart double his wage to complete the final 10% of the job, however he refused on multiple occasions.
When we complained to walters&co the owner didnt bother to talk on the phone, she texted to say stewart was an angel and wouldnt put a foot wrong. She blamed everything on my son for telling him to go forth and multiply, even though stewart spent five mins swearing abuse at him.
Needless to say we will not be selling with walters&co and we had booked for them to do our wills, which also will not be happening.

I would highly recommend these solicitors. I used them to buy my first property which completed last week. From start to finish Amanda and Theresa were efficient and I felt at ease all the way through my purchase. It took me a while to instruct a solicitor as I was a first time buyer and needed to feel comfortable and happy going forward with someone.
