A very disappointing experience, particularly Haroon

You present yourself as a firm specialising in Islamic-compliant wills, a service that should be built around trust, respect, patience and integrity. However, the attitude and lack of mannerisms I experienced felt completely at odds with those values. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum when dealing with people.

The interaction came across as dismissive and condescending rather than welcoming or constructive. Having knowledge and expertise is important, but the way you treat people reflects just as much on a firm as the services you provide.

After looking into other people’s experiences, it is concerning to see similar themes reflected in reviews. A firm dealing with personal and important matters should leave people feeling confident, respected and valued — not the opposite.

I would encourage anyone considering this firm to look beyond the services advertised and pay close attention to the professionalism, communication and overall attitude they experience.

My husband and I have just completed our Wills with Haroon/Hayley. The service has been brilliant, Haroon was a great listener and understood exactly what we required, he used lay mans terms and made the legal jargon easy for us to understand. Hayley has been great, processing all the paperwork and liaising with us quickly and very efficiently. I am sharing my personal experience.

Unfortunately, I found the fees extremely expensive for the level of service provided. After establishing a group holding company with two small subsidiary companies, I encountered serious issues that showed a lack of sufficient experience and technical knowledge in this area.

In total, I paid £3,000 (including VAT) in solicitor fees and £9,600 for setting up the group structure. Considering the outcome, this felt like a significant waste of both money and time. The advice and execution were not at the level I expected for such high fees.

Honestly, I found that I could obtain clearer ideas and explanations through ChatGPT or from a much lower-cost firm, with little difference in practical outcome.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm, especially for group company structures.
