I would recommend LDJ solicitors to anyone who is going through a difficult divorce. I had Danielle dealing with my divorce case. There were special measures put in place for me due the abusive nature of my marriage. Danielle definitely went above and beyond to help me in my case and she even did a couple of favours for me which she didn’t have to. Danielle wasn’t just a solicitor but, she was like a friend to me throughout this case. She always made me feel comfortable and at ease. She listened to me and advised me accordingly. The divorce (finances) went through in my favour and I am so happy that it’s all over. I cannot thank Danielle enough for all of her help and support during what has been such a difficult time for me. I would also like to thank Hayley, who has always been very polite and helpful whenever I have spoken with her during times that Danielle was not in. Snay

Claire was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend them. As 1st time buyers any questions was answered via the phone with no issues even if it was just to answer the simplest of questions.
Only Downside for us was issues with the online portal to supply all the information but got there in the end.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from this firm. I approached them hoping for professional legal support with a very stressful and important case, but I left feeling ignored and let down.

Before I signed up and paid, I received quick replies to my emails. However, after the consultation and payment, communication dropped significantly. Several of my emails went unanswered, and the work that was promised within one week was only completed after around 10 days and only after I had already expressed my wish to withdraw due to the poor service.

I paid around £900( got some money back) but the advice and support I received were minimal. For such a serious matter, I expected thorough and professional legal assistance, but I did not feel that was delivered.

Instead, the experience left me more stressed, and I did not feel my case was treated with the importance it deserved.

Overall, I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience. I felt more anxiety and disappointment after using their services than before.

In a difficult market with high volumes of transactions I have found Damian very diligent and Stephanie very helpful and meticulous, I feel eventually the communication between us was good but it is difficult to get the balance right for both customer and solicitor. I would recommend

We engaged LDJ for the sale of our late parents' house - vacant possession and no chain. The fees were very reasonable compared to similar firms. Although the sale eventually went through fine the level of communication was exceptionally poor. Not once did our solicitor speak to me without prompting, and calls were rarely returned - chasing progress is par for the course in transactions like these but I felt I was doing a lot of the work. I wouldn't recommend for conveyancing.
