Hadaway & Hadaway provided a smooth and straightforward service. Sophie Marchbanks guided me through the process, actively chasing & following up with the sellers solicitor's to ensure the process reached completion. She was great.
From when I had my offer accepted to completion date was around 4 months which is a bit ridiculous but that’s not something I can blame Hadaway for. Everyone knows the market is in a bad spot right now.

I would highly recommend using hadaway and hadaway as solicitors. I was a first time buyer so the whole process was brand new but my solicitor Miguel Lincan explained everything well, was always available via phone and email if ever I had any queries. Made everything go so smoothly and hassle free.

When I sold my house, I asked the estate agent which Solicitor they would recommend for conveyancing. They recommended Hadaway & Hadaway and I am so glad they did. Our solicitor was May Wijesooriya and she was fantastic from start to finish. Whenever I emailed, she would reply within minutes and she was so efficient during the whole process. Superb service! I would highly recommend.

Having moved into the area not knowing any local companies ,we were extremely fortunate in choosing Dawn Davison at Hadaway & Hadaway who undertook the conveyancing for our new home. She and her assistant Leisa were very efficient and tenacious when dealing with the sellers solicitor and third parties on our behalf. We received a very professional service, and Dawn's attention to detail was second to none. We were kept updated and well informed throughout the process.

We instructed Miguel from Hadaway and Hadaway to deal with the purchase of our new property. Miguel was fantastic throughout the entire process with excellent attention to detail. As a first time buyer the process was made easy by Miguel’s thorough explanations and he was always on hand to answer any queries we had via email and telephone. The office location was convenient with free parking nearby. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Miguel and H&H.
