Constantly chasing this firm for updates. Still takes the an age to reply. A simple accident that has this far been ongoing for 15 months and no nearer to a conclusion. Emailed last monday has I've not had an update for over 3 months.. no reply..very frustrating ..

Avoid avoid avoid. Unless of course you want any required service to take years, no one updating you, no one responding to emails and the only time anyone ever speaks to you on the phone is if you ring from a number not known to them and they answer.
My crash claim with them is into 4 years now and no end in sight. Even the boss Mr Morris doesn't return calls.
What an appalling excuse for customer service.
I would've rated zero stars if it were possible.
