I am extremely disappointed with the standard of communication I received from this firm. After six months of engagement on my case, I spent a further two months trying to obtain an update, only to eventually be informed that my case had been closed — with no explanation offered for the lack of contact in the interim.

I was also unimpressed by my interaction with a member of the switchboard staff, who responded to a reasonable request for a callback within a specific time window by stating, "I cannot make her call you back." Requesting a callback at a convenient time is not a demand; it is a reasonable expectation that any service-based business should try to accommodate.

Communication is arguably the single most important quality a legal practice can offer its clients. Based on my experience, this firm fell well short of that standard, both verbally and in writing, and I would struggle to recommend their services on that basis.

We would 100% recommend for conveyancing. Juliet, Rachael, Natalie and all the team were absolutely brilliant in making the entire process much less stressful when it dragged on for longer than expected. Juliet carried out our sale and purchase and honestly could not recommend her more highly, especially when we saw the struggle our sellers had with a different solicitor. Thanks again!
