I went to W Davies Solicitors for help with a personal issue and was really impressed with the service. They were efficient, highly professional and also very friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier. Everything was handled thoroughly and the outcome was excellent. I’m very grateful for their support and would definitely recommend them.

I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who called me for help with an equity loan and he was appalling on the phone so rude and nasty. He refused to help but didn’t actually know the process of what he was talking about and proceeded to question who I was as a person. Really awful. When I phoned back to reception got a lovely lady on reception but she unfortunately said she couldn’t do anything. So they didn’t help and were extremely unkind.

Totally incompetent, so expensive and takes eons to answer any questions at a time when you need them.
