Nichols Marcy Dawson were recommended by my estate agents, but my experience with them was disappointing. Communication often felt impersonal and inconsistent, with a different person contacting me almost every week. On one occasion, I had a phone call scheduled with a specific team member, only for someone else to handle it instead.

There were also instances where I had to resend information or repeat emails, as it seemed communication within the team wasn’t always aligned. While I understand that delays during the sale process were largely due to the buyers and outside of NMD’s control, it often felt like there was little sense of urgency from their side—except when it came to chasing payment.

Overall, the experience was frustrating, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services.

I used NMD to handle the sale of a house when a relative had to go into care. The buyers solicitors were not easy to deal with but everyone I dealt with at NMD, notably Dawn and Suzanne, were superb. They kept me informed at every stage and were totally professional and very thorough. I cannot recommend NMD highly enough and would gladly use them again.
