I hired Surina Cohen following a recommendation.
She is great to deal with , positive , energetic and knows her stuff.
She works part time but I did not find that to be a problem.
She is very responsive as a person and actually fun to deal with.

The conveyancing of the sale of my late mother-in-law's flat has taken a rather long time and I have sometimes felt it was being protracted by de-prioritisation as it was not a terribly high value property and therefore rather small beer to a large legal firm. So only 3 stars for that. However, I received really good personal attention from both members of the conveyancing team, Surina Cohen and the young trainee Alessia Galeotalanza who has been very efficient in following up details of matters that had got "stuck" somewhere in the system. She was also very helpful when it came to transacting business digitally as this was something new to me and was generally a very pleasant person to deal with. To be fair I think that many of the frustrations were caused by the extremely tardy conveyancers working on behalf of the purchaser, but that's just my opinion. On the whole the company did a good job and the personal connection I had with Alessia made me feel both important and valued as a client.

We were introduced to Ms Joanne Wheeler by Edward Tryon of Lichfields. He has worked with Joanne on property deals for many years and was full of praise for her efficiency and work ethic. We recently sold our house and Joanne dealt with it all so efficiently, we hardly had to do anything. She was also very patient helping us fill in forms and answering our questions.
